Strength and mobility class details are located below. They are low impact classes to support all abilities to build and maintain their strength.  Especially beneficial for those looking to manage joint problems, maintain strength and muscle mass while aging, and manage any health conditions.

Bookings are mandatory and the class practitioner will prefer an initial chat to understand your goals and health conditions/ injuries or anything else that may affect you during exercise. This does not mean you can't participate - if anything we would like to support you more! You may be required to provide a Drs note to say you are cleared for exercise.
